FAQ
Answers to frequently asked questions about Nova Panel, pricing, migration, providers, order processing, payments, customization, security, and support.
General
Nova Panel is ready-to-use software for launching and operating your own SMM panel. It provides the user-facing website, User Dashboard, Admin Dashboard, services, providers, orders, payments, support, reports, API access, and customization tools.
Nova Panel is built for SMM resellers, agencies, providers, and operators who want to launch and manage their own panel. It can be used for a new project, a separate brand, or as a replacement for an existing panel.
No. Nova Panel provides the software and hosting for your panel. You choose, connect, and pay your own SMM providers. You also connect your own payment gateways.
Every plan includes the core Nova Panel platform: public panel website; User Dashboard; Admin Dashboard; users and balances; services and categories; providers and service import; order management; payments; support; Public API; reporting; hosting and updates. Plans differ by monthly customer order allowance, service limit, Nova Panel branding, and additional usage pricing.
No. Nova Panel does not take a percentage of your revenue. Nova Panel pricing is based on the number of customer orders processed by your panel.
Yes. You use your own domain, name, logo, content, services, prices, providers, and payment methods. The Free plan requires a Powered by Nova Panel badge. Paid plans do not require Nova Panel branding.
Pricing & Limits
The Free plan includes 100 customer orders per month and up to 500 services. It includes the core Nova Panel platform, hosting, updates, your own domain, and supported provider and payment integrations. A Powered by Nova Panel badge is required on the Free plan.
No. You can create a Free panel without adding a payment card. Payment is required only when you purchase additional order capacity or move to a paid plan.
A customer order is a root order created by a user, through the Public API, Mass Orders, or Guest Checkout. A single customer order is counted once, even if Nova performs several internal actions while processing it.
The following internal operations are not counted separately: provider attempts; Retry; Failover; Completion child orders; GetStatus checks; Refill actions; Cancel actions; internal router and sender jobs.
After you use the 100 included orders, you have three options: wait until the monthly allowance resets, purchase another 100 orders for $3, or upgrade to the Starter plan. Orders that were already created continue to be processed. New customer orders require available order capacity.
Starter costs $25 per month and includes up to 1,000 orders placed by users per monthly billing cycle and up to 5,000 services per panel.
Additional order capacity costs $3 per 1,000 orders.
When the calculated Starter price becomes higher than the Pro price for the same monthly usage, Nova Panel automatically switches the account to Pro. Pro pricing and limits apply after the switch.
Pro costs $100 per month and includes up to 50,000 orders placed by users per monthly billing cycle.
Additional order capacity costs $0.50 per 1,000 orders. Pro has no fixed upper order limit and no plan service limit.
Free includes up to 500 services. Starter includes up to 5,000 services. Pro has no plan service limit.
All services except deleted services count toward the plan limit. Disabled, hidden, and unpublished services still count.
Multiple provider services connected to one public service do not count as separate public services.
The badge is required on the Free plan. It cannot be hidden, removed, or replaced. The badge is not required on Starter or Pro.
Yes. You can upgrade as your panel grows. You can review your current order usage and plan information in the Admin Dashboard.
Testing & Migration
Yes. You can open the User Demo without registration. The read-only Admin Demo is available after creating a free account and contains sample data.
Yes. You can create and configure Nova separately while your current panel continues operating. You decide when, or whether, to move real traffic and your main domain.
Migration is planned according to the current platform, available exports, database structure, and the data you need to preserve. The process may include users, balances, services, categories, orders, and other supported data.
No. Creating and testing a Nova Panel does not require changing your current production panel. Any migration or domain change is performed only when separately planned and approved.
Not necessarily. Migration depends on the format and availability of the source data. Some settings or historical records may require conversion, manual review, or rebuilding in Nova.
Passwords may need to be reset if they cannot be transferred securely. Provider API keys, payment gateway credentials, and other sensitive integrations may need to be entered again by the panel owner.
Yes. You can first explore or launch Nova as a separate project and discuss migration later.
Providers & Order Processing
Yes. Nova Panel provides the software but does not supply SMM services. You connect the provider APIs that you want to use.
Enter the provider API URL and API key in the Admin Dashboard. Nova can then retrieve the provider’s supported services and available data according to the provider API.
Yes. Provider services can be imported and configured inside Nova Panel. You can set categories, names, prices, limits, availability, refill, cancel, and other supported options.
Yes. A public service can use multiple provider services behind it. You can configure routing, provider priority, availability, pricing rules, and recovery behavior.
Retry repeats an order attempt with the same provider when the failure is considered temporary. Failover can move the order to another eligible provider when the current provider cannot process it.
If a provider returns Partial or Canceled, Completion Recovery can calculate the remaining quantity and send it to another eligible provider according to your rules.
Nova records the provider result and applies the service configuration. Depending on the enabled rules, Nova may finalize the order, return the unfinished amount, hold it for review, or create a Completion order for the remaining quantity.
Nova Panel supports Refill and Cancel when they are enabled for the service and supported by the selected provider. Availability depends on the provider API and service configuration.
No. Retry, Failover, and Completion provide additional recovery paths, but the final result still depends on provider availability, provider responses, service compatibility, and the configured rules.
Nova Connect
Nova Connect is a routing and recovery layer for compatible existing SMM panels. It lets a public service use multiple providers and adds Retry, Failover, Completion Recovery, and Profit Shield without replacing the current panel.
No. Your existing panel continues handling users, balances, payments, and the customer interface. Nova Connect works between your panel and the real SMM providers.
Nova Connect is added to the current panel through a compatible Provider API integration. Your panel sends orders to Nova Connect, Nova routes them to the configured providers, and the resulting statuses are returned to your panel.
Yes. One public service in your panel can be connected to multiple provider services in Nova Connect.
Yes, when Failover is enabled and another eligible provider matches the configured rules. The switch depends on the error type, provider availability, service limits, and routing configuration.
No. Nova Connect pricing is based on active services, not order volume.
No. You connect and pay your own providers. Nova Connect only manages routing and recovery between your panel and those providers.
Yes. The Admin Demo uses sample services, providers, orders, and recovery scenarios. No real provider API key is required to explore the demo.
Payments & Profit Analytics
Nova Panel supports standard payment integrations available in the platform. The exact list depends on the current integration catalogue, currency, country, and gateway requirements.
Contact us with the gateway name and integration documentation. We will review whether it can be supported through an existing integration or requires separate development.
No. Provider costs, domain registration, payment gateway fees, chargebacks, and other third-party expenses remain the responsibility of the panel owner.
Nova compares customer charges with recorded provider costs, payment fees, refunds, and manual adjustments. The resulting reports help panel owners review calculated profit by order, service, provider, customer, and payment method. Report accuracy depends on the data recorded in Nova Panel.
Profit Shield checks whether an order meets the configured minimum-profit rule before it is sent to a provider. Depending on the configuration, an unprofitable order can be held, canceled, or routed to another eligible provider.
Nova can synchronize provider prices and calculate service pricing according to the configured source, markup, rounding, floor price, and related rules. The exact behavior depends on the service configuration.
Customization
Yes. Your own domain is required before the panel can go live. Domain registration is not included, but Nova supports domain connection and SSL.
Yes. You can configure your panel name, logo, content, pages, navigation, and visual settings. Only the Free plan requires the Powered by Nova Panel badge.
Yes. Nova includes a Visual Editor for managing supported pages, sections, content, layout, and appearance. The available controls depend on the current editor functionality.
Yes. Pages can be configured as: Public — everyone can view the page; Private — only users can view the page.
Nova Panel supports multiple languages and localized content. Available translations and language-specific content are configured inside the platform.
Nova supports multi-currency panel scenarios where the relevant currency and payment integrations are configured.
Security & Support
Yes. Nova Panel hosting and product updates are included in every plan. Domain registration and third-party provider or payment costs are not included.
SSL is supported for a correctly connected custom domain. The domain itself must be registered and controlled by the panel owner.
Yes. Nova supports administrators, employees, and access permissions for operational work. The exact permission set depends on the available staff-management functionality.
The Free plan includes standard product support. Custom setup, migration, and integration work may require a separate agreement and payment.
Standard supported integrations are included according to the plan. Custom provider, payment, or platform integrations require a technical review and may be priced separately.
Your existing panel data, users, settings, and already created orders are not removed simply because the monthly order allowance has been reached. Separate retention rules may apply to abandoned, inactive, or terminated accounts according to Nova Panel’s Terms and policies.
